Each room called for a different type of fixture - and getting each one mounted clean and level matters. The matte black dual-pendant setup in the living area gives the room a modern feel without being overdone. The brushed gold wall sconces flanking the LED-backlit mirror in the bathroom tie in nicely with the warm tone the lighting produces. Over the beds, simple flush-mount ceiling fixtures paired with bedside sconces keep things functional and polished at the same time.

What a lot of people don't think about with commercial lighting upgrades is the wiring work behind the scenes. Getting each fixture properly wired, supported, and ready for the finish trim takes real attention to detail. Rushing that part shows - and not in a good way.
